How many businesses get each lead, in writing. This is the guarantee that actually protects your close rate and your margin.

Valid-lead refunds or credits

If a lead is junk, wrong number, out of area, outside your trade, it doesn't count, and you're credited or refunded. The definition of 'valid' must be written down before you start.
